Role & responsibilities

* Develop HR policies and procedures

* Implement and oversee performance management systems

* Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on HR matters and contributing to strategic

decision-making

* Foster positive employee relations and a healthy workplace culture

* Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and effective manner

* Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction

* Implement and oversee performance management systems

* Collaborate with managers to plan and forecast workforce needs and set performance

expectations, provide feedback, and facilitate career development

* Ensure fair and consistent performance evaluations

* Identify training needs and design or coordinate training programs

* Facilitate workshops and seminars to promote continuous learning and skill development

* Support employees in their professional development goals

* Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations

* Conduct regular audits to maintain HR process integrity

* Coordinate effective onboarding processes for new hires

* Conduct exit interviews, analyse turnover trends, and improve offboarding procedures

* Support and lead organizational changes, ensuring effective change management

* Implement strategies to foster a positive organizational culture and facilitate smooth

transitions

* Collaborate with leadership to
