seeking a dynamic HR Executive to support our people operations in Hyderabad.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and organized HR Executive to handle the day-to-day HR functions at our

Jubilee Hills and Kondapur gyms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, from

recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance.

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Hiring:


• Source and recruit candidates for various roles within the gyms (trainers, front desk, sales, etc.)


• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews


• Collaborate with hiring managers for final selections

2. Onboarding & Documentation:


• Manage new employee joining formalities


• Collect and maintain accurate documentation (ID proofs, contracts, etc.)


• Conduct orientation programs for new hires

3. HR Operations & Compliance:


• Maintain employee records and HRMS entries


• Ensure attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs are accurate


• Handle PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements

4. Employee Engagement:


• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and activities


• Be a point of contact for employee concerns or grievances

5. Training & Development:


• Coordinate internal and external training programs


• Maintain training documentation and feedback

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field


• 1–3 years of HR experience (preferably in retail, fitness, or hospitality industry)


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Proficiency in MS Office & HR software


• Self-starter with good organizational abilities


• Comfortable traveling between the Jubilee Hills and Kondapur branches
