Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate HR Executive with hands-on experience in Core HR functions. The role involves managing the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits.

·      Maintain and update employee records and HRMIS data.

·      Support in performance management, appraisals, and feedback coordination.

·      Drive employee engagement activities and culture initiatives.

·      Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and compliance.

·      Coordinate with payroll/operations teams for employee-related updates.

·      Handle employee relations, addressing queries and concerns professionally.

Requirements:

·      Minimum 1 year of experience in Core HR.

·      Good understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance frameworks.

·      Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

·      Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRMS systems.

·      Comfortable working onsite, 5 days a week at Somajiguda, Hyderabad.
