Job Title: Delivery Manager – Recruitment

Overview:

The Delivery Manager – Recruitment is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and successful fulfilment of client requirements. This role involves managing a team of recruiters, optimizing talent acquisition strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships to meet hiring goals efficiently. The ideal candidate is lead-oriented, target-driven, and self-motivated, with a sharp eye for resume quality and a balanced approach to performance evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery & Process Management

  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality candidate delivery.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are consistently met.
  • Conduct resume quality checks to maintain high standards in candidate submissions.
  • Drive lead-oriented recruitment efforts to proactively generate qualified candidate interest.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Understand client hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Ensure performance accountability on both sides—client expectations and recruiter delivery.

Team Management & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
  • Evaluate recruiter performance regularly and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative, self-motivated, and results-driven team culture.
  • Promote continuous learning and development through training and coaching.

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Strategy

  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Leverage job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing methods.
  • Ensure a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Encourage recruiters to be lead-oriented and proactive in their outreach.

Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Streamline recruitment workflows and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, legal compliance, and industry regulations.
  • Continuously assess and enhance recruitment tools and technologies.

Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Provide regular reports on hiring progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Identify trends and suggest improvements for better recruitment outcomes.
  • Use performance data to evaluate both recruiter effectiveness and client engagement.
