**Job Title**: Recruiter (Remote)

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for various positions (IT and Non-IT) across multiple industries.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies.
- Manage client relationships and work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs.
- Handle offer negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Provide regular updates to clients and hiring managers on recruitment progress.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.
- Experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean searches).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple client requirements and deliver within tight deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in HR consultancy.
- Experience recruiting for both IT and Non-IT roles is preferred.
- Proven track record of successful placements and client management.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
