**Role Description**

This is a full-time remote role for an Information Technology Recruiter. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, IT recruitment, hiring, technical recruiting, and recruiting. The IT Recruiter will also be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing top talent in various IT positions within the company.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in full-life cycle recruiting and IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of technical skills and job requirements in the IT industry
- Experience in technical recruiting and hiring for a variety of IT positions
- Ability to source, screen, and interview top talent for IT positions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certification in HR or recruitment is a plus
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR software is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
