**Role Description**

**Qualifications**
- Proven 2+ experience as a freelance recruiter or in a similar role
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Time management skills and ability to work independently and remotely
- Understanding of recruitment laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

SHRM certification or other relevant HR credential is a plus
- Targets may be given.
- **Commission-based pay and NO SALARY.**

**COMMISSION - 1 to 5% (Mostly 5%, exceptions may be there)**.
- Commission progresses based on monthly performance._
