Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a CRM/Post Sales Department position. The individual will be responsible for managing customer relationships, overseeing post-sales activities, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, managing CRM systems, handling sales queries, and coordinating with the project management team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and property values
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders
- Sales experience to manage post-sales activities and customer interactions
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Project Management skills to coordinate and oversee project deliverables
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Experience in the real estate industry is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
