We are looking for a proactive Post Sales - Customer Relationship Manager to manage post-sales payment follow-ups, ensure timely collections, and support customers throughout the payment cycle. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, addressing client concerns, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with customers for scheduled and overdue payments
  • Prepare and send demand letters and payment reminders
  • Maintain accurate records of payment status and communication
  • Liaise with accounts, legal, and sales teams for recovery actions
  • Escalate non-compliance cases as per policy
  • Assist customers with payment-related queries and documentation
  • Generate weekly MIS and recovery reports for management

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years' experience in real estate collections or post-sales
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
  • Proficient in MS Excel and CRM tools
  • Working knowledge of real estate payment plans and agreements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
