Location: Vasai East, Maharashtra
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹27,000 per month
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Post Sales Manager with a strong background in real estate. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing post-sales documentation and client engagement, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and editing real estate agreements.
- Managing, understanding and controlling title-related legal documents.
- Preparing demand letters, Bank NOCs, payment receipts, and property tax documents.
- Coordinating with Banks and DSAs to ensure a smooth customer loan journey.
- Tracking payments, following up with clients, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Coordinating with clients for post-sales engagement and support.
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of real estate industry experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
- Strong documentation control and drafting skills.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle clients with professionalism and respect.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, with excellent follow-up abilities.
- Highly accountable and action-driven.
Additional Information
- Candidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Vasai East, Maharashtra before starting work.
- Expected Start Date: 1st October 2025
