Job Overview
RDS Digital is seeking a mid-level Business Development professional to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This full-time position demands expertise in lead generation, B2B sales, market research, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth and strategic partnerships, aligning with our mission to assist startups in their digital journey.
Qualifications and Skills

Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and outreach efforts to expand the agency's client base.
- Engage in B2B sales activities to sell digital marketing solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and agency capabilities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring clients achieve their digital marketing goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement effective digital marketing strategies that deliver high ROI for clients.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to keep strategies relevant and innovative for client engagement.
- Conduct presentations and pitches to potential and existing clients, demonstrating agency expertise and service offerings.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for achieving business growth objectives.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and proposals by providing inputs based on client interactions and feedback.
