Role & responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Feedback

  • Collect and document customer feedback on products, services, and delivery
  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of queries and concerns.

Internal Coordination

  • Liaise with the plant, R&D, and other internal teams to share customer requirements and feedback.
  • Track and follow up on customer issues, RFQs, and order progress until closure.
  • Ensure accurate communication between customers and internal teams.

RFQs & Sales Operations

  • Support in preparing, submitting, and following up on quotations.
  • Assist in handling customer documentation, order processing, and related sales operations.
  • Maintain records of RFQs, proposals, and feedback for reporting purposes.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain and update customer interaction logs, sales reports, and feedback trackers.
  • Provide regular updates to the Business Development Manager on customer requirements and follow-ups.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and follow-up abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
