Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainee Business Development Executive located in Vadodara. The Trainee Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and fostering relationships with potential clients. Day-to-day tasks include market research, preparing business proposals, assisting in the development of sales strategies, and attending client meetings. The role involves collaborating with the marketing team to create effective campaigns and developing an understanding of Tntra's service offerings to effectively communicate with clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities
  • Experience in preparing business proposals and assisting in sales strategies
  • Basic understanding of business development and lead generation
  • Ability to collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns
  • Knowledge of industry verticals such as FinTech, HealthTech, EdTech, IoT, Supply-Chain, and the New Economy is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
