Role Summary
You will own the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting to closing enterprise deals—to accelerate our revenue and market footprint. Success means predictable pipeline, delighted customers, and quarterly targets met or beaten.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting
Identify and prioritize target accounts in retail, jewelry, education, and emerging verticals.
Run multichannel cadences (WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, phone) to secure discovery calls.
Lead Qualification & Solution Demos
Apply MEDDICC or similar frameworks to uncover pain, budget, and decision criteria.
Conduct tailored product demos that map business goals to Sprouto features.
Pipeline & Forecast Management
Maintain accurate deal stages and notes in CRM.
Deliver weekly and monthly revenue forecasts with ≥90 percent accuracy.
Enterprise Deal Closure
Own commercial negotiations, legal paperwork, and procurement processes.
Coordinate with Customer Success and Product for smooth onboarding.
Market Expansion & Feedback Loop
Test new outbound campaigns, ICPs, and pricing experiments.
Present market intelligence to leadership for product roadmap input.
Success Metrics (First 12 Months)
₹1.5 Cr+ new ARR generated.
10+ enterprise logos closed with ACV ≥ ₹10 L.
