Position Description      

As a Corporate Access Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Corporate Access team in organizing and executing corporate access events, facilitating communication between corporate clients and institutional investors. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the coordination of roadshows, investor conferences, and non-deal roadshows to enhance investor engagement and promote the company's image.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of corporate access events, including roadshows, investor conferences, and non-deal roadshows.

  • Scheduling and Logistics: Coordinate meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and logistics for corporate clients and institutional investors participating in events.

  • Communication Facilitation: Act as a point of contact for corporate clients and institutional investors, ensuring smooth communication and addressing any queries or concerns.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of corporate access activities, including participant lists, meeting notes, and follow-up actions.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as research analysts, sales teams, and investor relations, to ensure seamless coordination and maximize opportunities for corporate access.

  • Market Research: Assist in gathering market intelligence, investor sentiment, and industry trends to support the corporate access team in providing valuable insights to clients.

  • Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations summarizing the outcomes and feedback from corporate access events, highlighting key takeaways and recommendations

  

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4+ years of corporate access / events experience in Investment Banking industry.

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the financial sector or corporate access is preferred.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and investors.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Excellent command of English language / fluent in both spoken and written.

  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

  • Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and corporate governance is advantageous.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
