About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell our medical products and services to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and a good understanding of the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Promotion:
- Promote and sell company products, including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare supplies, to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare institutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on product specifications, medical research, industry trends, and competitor products.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and explain benefits to healthcare professionals.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Gather and report feedback from clients on product performance, pricing, and competitors.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data.
- Prepare and submit timely sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to implement promotional strategies.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and medical conferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related fields. (Preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in medical sales or a related field. (Freshers with relevant academic backgrounds are welcome to apply.)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and industry trends is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
