Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Korba The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities maintaining client relationships and implementing marketing strategies to achieve company sales targets Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits networking and lead follow-up Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Conduct market research to identify trends competitors and customer needs Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns promotional activities and events Collect customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams for service improvement Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and reports Represent the company professionally in all client interactions Required Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing freshers with strong communication skills may also apply Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Strong presentation and customer relationship management skills Self-motivated target-oriented and able to work independently Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint Fluency in Hindi knowledge of English will be an advantage Must be willing to travel locally within Chhattisgarh as required Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 11 034 60 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
