Job Summary
The Field Sales Executive will represent FitSecret in designated territories, ensuring consistent sales growth and brand visibility. This role requires interacting directly with gym owners, fitness trainers, supplement retailers, and distributors to promote and sell FitSecret products, achieve sales targets, and provide feedback to enhance market strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
- Develop and maintain relationships with gym owners, supplement retailers, and distributors.
- Actively promote and upsell FitSecret products to existing and new clients.
- Market Development:
- Identify potential customers and create a pipeline for new business opportunities.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to clients and their staff.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide timely feedback to the management.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer retention.
- Address customer concerns promptly and provide post-sale support.
- Field Activities:
- Conduct regular visits to gyms, fitness centres, and retailers to ensure visibility of FitSecret products.
- Ensure that marketing materials and product samples are distributed effectively.
- Organize promotional events, workshops, and product awareness campaigns.
- Reporting:
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Track and report customer feedback, product performance, and market trends.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on FitSecret's product range, benefits, and usage to provide accurate information to clients.
- Conduct training sessions for clients and team members when required.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
- Share customer insights with the product development team for future improvements.
Key Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 1-3 years of field sales experience, preferably in the health supplements, fitness, or FMCG industry.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Good understanding of fitness and health supplement products (preferred).
- Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving license.
Job Type: Full-time
