Why This Role Matters
Pricing is one of AGRIM's most critical levers for growth. It's where customer trust, competitiveness, and profitability intersect. In agri, pricing is especially complex — driven by crop cycles, seasonal peaks, and regional dynamics. As Head of Pricing POD, you'll lead the team shaping AGRIM's pricing strategy across the platform, directly influencing growth, margins, and long-term sustainability.
What You'll Do
- Own AGRIM's platform-wide pricing vision & execution
- Lead a cross-functional Pricing POD (Business, Data, Product)
- Design strategies that balance competitiveness with margins
- Adapt pricing to seasonality, crop cycles & regional demand
- Drive experiments & build dynamic pricing engines with Data & Product teams
- Partner with leadership on business strategy & monetization
What We're Looking For
- 5–6 years in Pricing / Revenue Management / Strategy
- Tier-1 education (IIM/ISB/IIT/BITS/ISI or equivalent)
- Experience in e-commerce / marketplaces / FMCG / agri-inputs preferred
- Strong analytical mindset, comfort with data-driven decisions
- Entrepreneurial & leadership presence
