Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and motivated
Inside Sales Executive
to join our
US Shift team
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, managing client relationships, and supporting the business development team in achieving revenue targets within the IT services domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach targeting the US market.
 - Understand client needs and present suitable IT service offerings and solutions.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers.
 - Collaborate with the pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth proposal creation and client onboarding.
 - Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM systems.
 - Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and lead generation targets.
 - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential client segments.
 - Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and product/service demos with the sales team.
 
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
 - 2–3 years of experience in
inside sales, lead generation, or business development
(preferably in
IT services or software sales
). - Excellent communication and presentation skills (spoken and written English).
 - Strong understanding of the US market and time zone adaptability (US shift hours).
 - Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
 - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
 - Strong negotiation and client handling skills.
