Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru South. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, managing customer accounts, and closing sales. Daily tasks include making sales calls, providing product demonstrations, building and nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and CRM management skills.
Qualifications
- Strong lead generation, prospecting, and customer relationship management (CRM) skills
- Proficiency in making sales calls and providing convincing product demonstrations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work towards revenue goals
- Experience with various sales techniques and pipeline management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience in the technology or consulting sector is a plus
