Role Summary:
We're looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Assistant Manager & Editor to join our Website Content Team. This role combines editorial leadership with content planning to ensure all web content is accurate, engaging, SEO-friendly, and aligned with our brand voice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and proofread website content for clarity, tone, SEO, and consistency.
- Enforce content style guide and ensure brand alignment.
- Assist in developing content strategies and calendars.
- Manage and mentor content writers; oversee editorial workflow.
- Collaborate with SEO and product teams to improve content quality.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of content writing/editing experience, preferably web-based.
- Strong editing and writing skills with SEO knowledge.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Experience in managing content teams or freelancers is a plus.
