The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include conducting team meetings, training team members, analyzing sales data, and communicating with clients to understand their real estate needs.Key Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.- Develop and implement effective sales strategies in alignment with organizational goals and market trends.- Track sales metrics, analyze data, and generate performance reports to drive improvement and accountability.- Communicate directly with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.- Conduct regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge, soft skills, and selling techniques.- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve sales operations and customer satisfaction.- Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client Strong Analytical Skills and Communication skills.- Proficiency in Team Management and Customer Service.- Proven Sales experience.- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
