Key Responsibilities - Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and promote our properties. - Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through the sales process. - Documenting all communication with clients in MS-Excel to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. - Collaborating with the sales team to coordinate property viewings and follow up on client feedback. - Assisting in the development of sales strategies and campaigns to drive business growth. - Demonstrating a high level of professionalism and product knowledge in all client interactions. - Meeting and exceeding sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the company.
