Company Description:The Fresh Factory began in 2019 with a simple but powerful intention — to clean up the way we eat. What started as a cafe in Lucknow is now growing into a larger ecosystem that now also brings clean, transparent, and responsibly sourced food to the forefront in a form of a retail store. We work closely with ethical farmers, small-scale producers, and honest manufacturers who care as deeply about the ingredients as we do.

Our food is globally inspired and locally rooted. At the heart of it all is a belief: people deserve to know what they're eating and where it comes from. We're opening soon in Bangalore, bringing this philosophy to a new city and community with plans to grow across the country in the next few years, building a clean food movement.

Role Description:1. Standardization & Consistency Across OutletsEnsure recipe standardization across all

The Fresh Factory outlets, maintaining taste, quality, and presentation. Develop and document SOPs for kitchen operations, including ingredient sourcing, portion control, and plating guidelines. Conduct regular audits at both outlets to ensure compliance with set standards.2.

Research & Development (R&D)Lead menu innovation, introducing new dishes and beverages aligned with brand philosophy and market trends. Oversee the seasonal menu rotation, ensuring it aligns with ingredient availability and customer preferences.3. Market Research & Industry ExplorationTravel to different cities for market research on food trends, customer behavior, and emerging innovations.

Stay updated on global and local food trends, incorporating relevant insights into menu planning and brand development.4. Ingredient Sourcing & Supplier PartnershipsBuild relationships with farmers, artisanal producers, and ethical ingredient suppliers to ensure a steady supply of high-quality ingredients. Work with StockRoom to integrate premium, ethically sourced ingredients into

The Fresh Factory's menu. Identify and introduce new clean-label ingredients that align with brand values.5. Chef Collaborations & Industry NetworkingEstablish and nurture relationships with chefs, culinary influencers, and thought leaders in the industry.

Organize guest chef pop-ups, collaborations, and special menu events to enhance the brand's exclusivity and novelty. Represent The Fresh Factory at culinary events, expos, and food festivals to strengthen brand positioning.6.

Team Hiring, Training & Kitchen EfficiencyHire team members as per the operational needs. Conduct regular training sessions for kitchen teams to maintain operational excellence.7. Cost Management & ProfitabilityCollaborate with the Finance and Purchase teams to optimize food costs, waste management, and inventory control.

Balance quality with profitability, ensuring that menu pricing is competitive yet aligned with brand positioning.8. Travel & Multilocation CoordinationTravel between Lucknow and Bangalore regularly to oversee operations, conduct audits, and support teams. Ensure smooth execution of R&D initiatives and new menu rollouts at both locations.

Ideal Profile8 years of experience in culinary leadership, menu development, and operations. Passion for clean eating, ingredient-focused food, and sustainable sourcing. Preferred good industry network, with connections to chefs, suppliers, and culinary thought leaders.

Willingness to travel extensively for research and operational oversight. Ability to manage multiple locations and teams effectively. Must be relevant to the cuisine (continental & global cuisine focused) with strong menu creation skillsPure hotel background doesn't work.

Preferable to have worked with standalone brands focused on creativity. Past global travel experience is a bonus
