Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Management

  • Design, implement, and oversee robust IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and security systems.
  • Ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of all IT systems.

Network & Cloud Security

  • Deploy and manage advanced network security solutions (firewalls, IDS/IPS, access controls).
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
  • Implement cloud security strategies across AWS/Azure platforms and manage CASBs.

Server Administration

  • Administer Linux and Windows servers, ensuring stability, compliance, and performance.
  • Optimize server operations and troubleshoot complex issues.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory standards.
  • Conduct IT risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Technical Skills

  • Strong grasp of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF) and Zero Trust architecture.
  • Expertise in cloud infrastructure and virtualization technologies.
  • Proficiency in Linux/Windows server management and security automation tools.

Certifications

  • Preferred: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Science or Engineering.
  • Prior experience in stock broking or financial services.
  • Familiarity with tools like Palo Alto Networks, Check Point, Sophos.
