
Business Development Manager

We are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager to lead and grow our IT solutions & services business. The ideal candidate will have experience working with government or private clients and a strong understanding of sales processes and vendor management.
Responsibilities
* Drive B2B sales with a focus on government, PSU, and private sector clients
* Build and manage long-term client and vendor relationships
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
* Track market trends, competitors, and procurement updates
* Ensure compliance with government procurement guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
* 3–5 years of B2B or government sales experience(preferably in IT sector)
* Hands-on knowledge of GeM portal, tenders, and government/private sales processes
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated with strong organisational and time management skills
