Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Events professional located in Bengaluru. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering top-notch customer service. Daily tasks include coordinating event logistics, managing client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful event execution. The role also requires handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining detailed financial records of events.

Qualifications

  • Client Services, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Basic Finance skills to manage event budgets and financial records
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in event management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
