Job Title:
Client Servicing and Business Development Executive (EVENT)

Location:
Bengaluru - Koramangala (on-site)

From concept to execution, we ensure every detail aligns with Client vision, making Client events not just memorable but remarkable.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment with client vision and objectives.
  • Develop project timelines, manage budgets, and ensure deliverables are met within deadlines.
  • Grow Key accounts to ensure more business & maximum profitability.
  • Oversee end-to-end event execution, including planning, coordination, and delivery, while managing budget and timelines.
  • Develop and present compelling pitch decks and project plans in collaboration with the creative department.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries, requests, and issues promptly, handling escalations with minimal Director involvement.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and foster repeat business by delivering high-quality events and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Provide regular progress updates to company Directors and follow up on payments and feedback.
  • Manage and supervise a team, ensuring efficient work processes and effective project completion.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to continuously enhance client offerings.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Event Industry. (Mandatory)
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good at organizing and Multitasking.
  • Capable of Developing innovative events Concepts.
  • Should have hands-on Experience in Corporate & Social events.
