Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Senior Customer Success Manager. The Senior Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving product adoption, and achieving customer retention goals. Day-to-day tasks include onboarding new clients, providing ongoing support, conducting regular check-ins, and gathering client feedback. Additionally, the Senior Customer Success Manager will work closely with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.

  • Client Relationship Management and Customer Support skills
  • Experience in Product Adoption and Customer Retention strategies
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
