customer and sending the leads to our tie up banks and NBFC.

Job Description:

Managing HL/LAP/Mortgage Loan sales business

Needs to monitor daily progress on each given objective

Strong understanding of the market competition

The individual will develop and implement sales strategies.

Attending all customer queries.

Generate leads through various channels including Tele sales and cold calling.

Strong communication skills.

The ability to influence and negotiate with client

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and understand client needs and give solutions to meet their business objective

Excellent organizational skills.

Noting key points from each conversation

Manage the entire new business development pipeline from initial sales call through close.

Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly Revenue Target.
