About the Role:

Samskara Resorts is seeking a 
Business Development Manager
 to assist the management team in handling day-to-day operations and driving growth initiatives. The role involves active coordination across administrative, government, legal, compliance, sales, and general business functions. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of managing diverse responsibilities within a fast-moving hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist management with daily administrative, operational, and project-related tasks
  • Liaise with government authorities and ensure compliance with all hospitality regulations
  • Support ongoing resort development, vendor coordination, and project execution
  • Oversee documentation, contracts, and legal correspondence
  • Drive sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy and revenue
  • Prepare management reports, proposals, and presentations
  • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned

Preferred Background:

Candidates with experience in:

  • Sales and Marketing (especially in Hospitality)
  • Project or Operations Management
  • General Management or Business Administration

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi
  • Knowledge of hospitality operations preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with initiative

Compensation:

Salary will be 
commensurate with ability and experience
