About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled
Care Chat Customer Service Executive
to manage customer queries through chat support. The role requires a candidate who can handle customer issues efficiently, maintain accuracy, and deliver an excellent service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Maintain service quality by following guidelines and scripts.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required to ensure issue resolution.
- Document customer interactions and update systems accurately.
- Meet performance metrics related to quality, TAT, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum
1 year of experience
in chat process (mandatory). - Good written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in
rotational shifts
. - Customer-centric approach with patience and professionalism.
