
Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:
- Client Management & Relationship Building:
- Respond promptly and professionally to all sales inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.
- Conduct site visits and property tours, showcasing the unique features and benefits of Capkon's projects.
- Sales & Negotiation:
- Actively generate new leads through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Present sales proposals and negotiate terms to secure deals and close sales.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Market Knowledge & Reporting:
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and real estate regulations.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaboration & Administration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to leverage branding efforts and generate qualified leads.
- Coordinate with legal and finance departments to ensure a smooth and seamless closing process for clients.
- Assist in preparing sales documents, contracts, and other necessary paperwork.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10, ₹30,000.00 per month
