We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven **Sales & Marketing Executive** to drive business growth by acquiring new clients, promoting our solutions, and supporting project execution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Acquisition & Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential B2B clients in sectors such as construction, healthcare, hospitality, and industry.
- **Sales & Proposal Management**:

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable STP, ETP, RWH, or consultancy solutions.
- Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and follow up until closure.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
- **Marketing & Brand Promotion**:

- Plan and implement digital and offline marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.
- Create marketing content - brochures, case studies, presentations, social media posts, etc.
- Manage and update website and digital platforms with relevant campaigns.
- **Market Research & Strategy**:

- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and emerging market trends.
- Suggest strategies to differentiate offerings and enter new market segments.
- **Events & Customer Engagement**:

- Represent the company at trade fairs, expos, industry meets, and client events.
- Maintain customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain sales records, client databases, and submit regular performance reports.
- Assist in documentation for tenders, audits, and environmental reports.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,883.59 - ₹29,894.84 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

- Yearly bonus
