The Sales and Marketing Executive (IT) is responsible for connecting with potential clients, generating leads, and closing sales deals in the IT sector. The role requires a combination of sales expertise, IT knowledge, and effective communication skills to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target new business opportunities in the IT sector.

Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets.

Lead Generation:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries to target.

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Client Engagement:
Connect with prospective clients to understand their IT needs and requirements.

Schedule and attend meetings to discuss IT solutions and services.

Proposal and Presentation:
Prepare and present tailored proposals to clients based on their specific needs.

Collaborate with the technical team to design and customize IT solutions for clients.

Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate terms of agreements to ensure the best possible outcome for both the client and the company.

Close sales and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.

Market Insights:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and challenges.

Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Travel requirement:

- Up to 20% travel
- Up to 50% travel

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
