**Job Title**: Inside Sales Executive
**Location**: Calicut ,Mankavu

**Position Overview**:
Xylem Learning is seeking passionate, results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales and counselling team. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine academic advisement with consultative inside sales, guiding students and their families to make well-informed decisions regarding their educational journey. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our academic programs, addressing learner needs, and contributing to student enrolment growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to prospective students and parents using the organization’s lead database.
- Evaluate students' academic background, learning aspirations, and preferences to recommend suitable programs.
- Articulate course details including curriculum highlights, value propositions, pricing, and scheduling with clarity and confidence.
- Foster trust and rapport through empathetic, professional, and solution-oriented counselling.
- Convert leads into confirmed admissions by meeting or exceeding monthly enrolment targets.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and progression using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to stay informed on course updates, student feedback, and ongoing promotional initiatives.
- Provide timely post-enrolment assistance to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new students.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
- Previous experience in academic counselling, telesales, or customer service is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in the education sector are welcome to apply.

- Working knowledge of CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
