Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) –
Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business
opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role
requires excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research,
networking, and cold calling.
● Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
● Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers.
● Understand customer needs and provide solutions that align with their business
requirements.
● Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for business
growth.
● Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
● Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
● Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM
software.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful deal
closures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
● Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
● Result-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
● Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
● Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
● Willingness to travel for client meetings and business opportunities (if required).
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., IT, FMCG, Real Estate, etc.].
● Experience: [Sales Experience Level, e.g., 1-3 Years]
● Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and online sales strategies.
● Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
