Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager – Modular
Furniture to lead B2B sales efforts, generate leads, and drive business growth. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development within the
modular furniture industry, with a proven track record of increasing revenue and building
client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to drive B2B sales and increase market share.
Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and
industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, corporate
clients, and contractors.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Develop and present compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to
potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer
satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales reports and track performance metrics.
Stay updated on industry advancements, competitors, and best practices.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and business development in the
modular furniture industry.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in selling modular furniture solutions to corporate clients.
Knowledge of industry standards, materials, and installation processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
