Job Description

  1. Responsibilities:

    1. Understand clients' training requirements comprehensively to arrive at the accurate needs with as much and precise details about the training to enable further communication with the trainer.

    2. Communicate to the trainer the precise training requirements of each training enquiry to help the trainer with building a training plan.

    3. Update all required and dedicated records, files and databases accurately and in the format as required by the organization on all communications with the client and/or the trainer.

    4. Ensure all communications, updates and modifications are recorded in a timely manner as prudent to address the clients' training requirements and company's ability to process the enquiry in order to efficiently deliver the services to clients' satisfaction.

    5. Ensure updates and statuses are communicated to the required internal team members or stakeholders or clients as prudently and in a timely manner as required by the company or process or clients.

    6. Manage challenges in the process and communicate the same to supervisors to confirm intermediary arrangements to tackle the clients' queries during the interim period or state.

    7. Show awareness of the process and adhere to the process requirements all times, every time to ensure service dedication, policy compliance and ability of the organization to serve its clients efficiently and satisfactorily.
