
Process Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Process Associate to join our Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the analysis of the document and extraction of data from the document by providing technical support to both internal teams and end-users. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:- Analysis of different documents and extraction of data from it by using third-party application.
- Verify and validate the data extracted from the document by using in-house applications.
- Update applications in accordance with the new document variation and changes as per tax laws.
- Troubleshoot issues, implement fixes, and manage updates across various environments.
- Coordinate with internal staff and end-users to address concerns and requirements.
- Respond promptly to reported issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Achieve assigned targets and goals with accuracy and efficient planning.
- Prepare and execute test cases and test plans for software updates and integrations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and resolutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to promote a positive work environment.
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Good analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Quick learner with adaptability to new challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to work extended hours and on holidays, as required.
- Moderate proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of JAVA / VB Scripts and SQL queries.
- Experience with software testing and quality assurance processes.
- Familiarity with third-party applications is an added advantage.
- Experience or knowledge of decision tables is an added advantage.
- Bachelors degree in commerce or a related field.
- Experience in tax software integration and application development is preferred.
- Familiarity with US tax laws and regulations is an advantage.
