**Job Overview**:
The Process Associate for US Taxation is a crucial role within our organization, primarily responsible for supporting and executing various tasks related to the US taxation process. This role involves collaborating with tax professionals, clients, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely tax compliance and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Tax Return Preparation**: Assist in the preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, businesses, and other entities.

**Data Analysis**: Review and analyze financial and tax data to ensure completeness and accuracy for tax filings.

**Compliance**: Ensure that all tax filings meet the regulatory requirements and deadlines set by federal and state tax authorities.

**Documentation**: Maintain detailed records and documentation of tax-related transactions, deductions, and credits.

**Client Communication**: Interact with clients and address their queries and concerns related to tax filings and documents.

**Research**: Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations, conducting research to identify potential tax-saving opportunities.

**Software and Tools**: Utilize tax software and tools to streamline tax preparation and calculation processes.

**Quality Control**: Review tax returns and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.

**Reporting**: Prepare and present financial and tax reports to management and clients.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax consultants, accountants, and legal professionals, to ensure seamless tax processes.

**Client Confidentiality**: Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and data in accordance with industry standards and regulations.

**Qualifications**:
Any qualification.

Knowledge of US tax laws and regulations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in using tax software and financial tools.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.

Prior experience in tax preparation and compliance is a plus.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to adapt to changing tax laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with various tax forms, schedules, and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹403,673.64 per year

Supplemental pay types:
