We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Process Associate to join our team. The Process Associate will play a pivotal role in executing and enhancing operational processes, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. This role is essential for maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
**Process Execution**: Execute and oversee various operational processes to ensure they are carried out efficiently and accurately.

**Process Improvement**: Identify areas for process improvement and work collaboratively with the team to implement changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Data Management**: Maintain and update relevant data and documentation to support operational processes.

**Quality Assurance**: Monitor and uphold high-quality standards in all operational tasks, striving for error-free and consistent results.

**Compliance**: Ensure that all processes are executed in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

**Documentation**: Create, update, and maintain process documentation to ensure clear and standardized procedures.

**Communication**: Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to streamline processes and address operational challenges.

**Reporting**: Generate regular reports on process performance and areas for improvement, providing insights to management.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,086.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
