Having experience on AR Calling/RCM/Denail BPO

Shifts: Rotational shifts - 9 Hours - Day Shifts, 5days

Requirement : Communication skill will able to take a call.

Cab: One way Cab & One way shuttle. WFO

Interview Process:

- 1st round: HR
- 2nd round: Write Assessment(B2 Band Cutt-off)
- 3rd round: Svar (B2 Band Cut-off)
- 4th round : Operation Round.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer inbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Listen attentively to customer inquiries and provide accurate and relevant information.
- Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and offer appropriate solutions.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry of customer information into the company's CRM system.
- Follow established protocols and guidelines for call handling and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Upsell and cross-sell company products/services as appropriate during customer interactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics, including call quality, average handle time, and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and customer service skills through ongoing training and development.

**Salary**: ₹24,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
