We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our pharmaceutical

sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts,

and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets within the assigned territory. The Sales Manager

will play a pivotal role in developing sales strategies, fostering relationships with healthcare

professionals (HCPs), and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth

opportunities.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
  • Help sales convert prospect into customer by making trials successful.
  • Achieve API sales targets by developing and executing territory-specific strategies.
  • Prospect and onboard new clients (pharma manufacturers, distributors, CROs).
  • Manage key accounts, understand customer needs, and offer customized API solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, production, logistics) for seamless

operations.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
  • Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Proactive involvement in the effective implementation of the monthly sales plan through an

understanding of the market, customer requirements and sales targets, coupled with the

knowledge of the business supply chain activities. Alongside, the ability to develop marketing

and future sales opportunities through market research and customer interactions to

increase the client portfolio of the business.
