Job Summary:

We are looking for a Site Merchandiser to manage and update our website, create category and sales pages, and execute marketing plans. You will work closely with the Business and Marketing teams to gather input and ensure the site is up-to-date with current campaigns, promotions, and product listings. The ideal candidate will have experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), MS Office, and working with shared sheets.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Website Updates:

  • Regularly update product listings, category pages, and sales events on the website using AEM.
  • Ensure content is accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with marketing and business goals.

2) Team Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the Business and Marketing teams to gather input and align on priorities.
  • Work with teams to fill in content, such as product details,promotions, and marketing assets.

3) Marketing Calendar:

  • Plan and execute campaigns according to the marketing calendar.
  • Create and manage landing pages for specific events, sales, or category promotions.

4) Page Creation:

  • Design wireframe and implement category pages, promotional pages,and event-specific landing pages on the website.
  • Ensure pages are user-friendly and optimized for sales.

5) Data Management:

  • Use shared sheets to track and manage project progress, deadlines, and content updates.
  • Keep track of website performance and sales trends to make data-driven decisions.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) or similar content management systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working with shared sheets to manage and track tasks and content.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the Business and Marketing teams.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and execute tasks based on a marketing calendar.
  • Basic design skills or experience in creating web pages or content layouts.
