Executive – Presales
Role Responsibilities
As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive sales for our real estate projects. You will be instrumental in providing information and support to potential clients, guiding them through the initial stages of their customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online inquiries, events, and referrals.
  • Engage with prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce our projects.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored information about our real estate projects.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person meetings to present our offerings.
  • Maintain a detailed database of leads and interactions using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead-generation strategies.
  • Provide regular feedback on lead quality and market trends to help refine sales approaches.

Requirements
Requirements:

  • Any graduates with 1-5 years of experience in pre-sales, sales, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to understand and explain it the customer.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
  • Familiarity / working experience with CRM software and lead management tools.
  • A basic understanding of the real industry is a plus.

Qualifications
Any graduates with 1-5 years of experience in pre-sales or a related role.
