About the Role

We are looking for a smart, organized, and creative Event Planner with excellent communication skills to plan, coordinate, and execute events smoothly. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing events, strong people-handling skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events end-to-end.
  • Communicate with clients to understand event requirements, expectations, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Create event timelines, checklists, and schedules.
  • Oversee event setup, crowd flow, branding, and overall guest experience.
  • Ensure all materials, logistics, and manpower are arranged as per event needs.
  • Handle last-minute changes or issues confidently.
  • Maintain budgets and manage vendor payments where required.
  • Provide post-event reports and feedback.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in event planning, event coordination, or operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a calm approach during live events.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends or extended hours when events are scheduled.
  • Candidates staying near or able to commute to Valarpadam preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹23,000.00 per month
