Food and Beverage Manager

- Staff management: Recruit, train, schedule, and manage all F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel.
- Inventory and procurement: Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, place orders, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure all necessary food and beverage products are available within budget.
- Financial management: Manage departmental budgets, monitor revenue and expenses, and analyze financial reports to ensure profitability.
- Menu and quality: Collaborate with chefs to design and update menus, and ensure consistent quality in both food and beverage presentation and service.
- Customer service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Compliance and standards: Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, and establish service standards and procedures.
- Marketing and events: Assist with marketing strategies to boost sales and coordinate with clients or event planners for special functions.
