About the Role

We are hiring a Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, seminars, and promotional activities across Kerala. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about event planning, event operations, client coordination, and vendor management and wants to grow in the event management industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing corporate events, trade shows, exhibitions, and brand activations.
  • Coordinate sponsorship activities, identify potential sponsors, and manage sponsorship communications.
  • Support event budgeting, cost control, and resource management.
  • Work with the marketing team to promote events via social media, internal communication, posters, and digital channels.
  • Oversee event operations, including event setup, logistics, on-site coordination, and post-event tasks.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, caterers, production teams, and event staff to ensure smooth execution.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, sponsors, partners, and vendors.
  • Provide on-site support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality event experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as an Event Coordinator, Event Executive, Event Planner, or Event Manager.
  • Strong skills in event coordination, vendor management, client communication, and multitasking.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to handle last-minute changes and event deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel across Kerala for event setup and on-site execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹28,000.00 per month
